The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the Plaza Borda with terraces overlooking the square and Templo de Santa Prisca. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service was friendly and accommodating. The dining experience was good, although the mariachi music was loud. Overall, a great value for money stay.
I loved this hotel for its fantastic location right in Zocalo, surrounded by narrow cobbled streets. The rooms were cozy and clean, offering lovely views of the hills and valley, although we found a couple of bugs in the bathroom. The service was helpful with directions and transportation, but they did separate our group before we were ready. Dining was excellent, and the overall value for money was great.
The hotel had a simple room with a great view of the city but was a bit far from the lobby due to its layout using different buildings. The service was extremely nice and competent, even after checkout. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Zocalo, offering convenience, but parking was a bit challenging to find due to the narrow and one-way streets. The dining experience was affordable but not particularly impressive.
